Be yourself. Having to be a certain way, say a certain thing, or act in a particular fashion due to social expectations subtracts from your character and the diversity of the world. I don’t want to meet a facade that’s seen as acceptable to everyone. I would rather meet a real person, flaws and blemishes included.

Exactly right! Never “settle.” Never be controlled. Never be dictated by Society. Most of them are on medication or self medicating anyway.

If something gives you confidence, or makes you feel more like yourself, then you shouldnt feel ashamed of using it. That said, it must be a great feeling not to need it for a confidence boost!
